On Thursday March 4th at 9:07PM, the Department and mutual aid were dispatched to a reported structure fire on the 300 block on Penn St. Engine 9051 (Capt. Maugeri) arrived to a 3 story, end of the row dwelling with nothing showing. Upon investigation, crews found a planter in the basement that was on fire. The incident was held to the City of Burlington by Chief Caruso while units ventilated the smoke out of the residence.
